I came to London for celebrating birthday - everything was great. The units were cheap and the staff were very-very nice and compassionate people who knew what customer service means. The wonderful bathroom and the rest was clean. It was in a very central location, in the Waterloo area.

Superior excellent mid-range property with incredibly attentive and caring staff who knew what customer service means. Free and savoury breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Perfectly safe area, excellent and absolutely perfect location, so close to the centre of London, neare the Eye and many other interesting locations, Close to Westminster Bridge and London specifically for a speedboat trip on the Thames which incidentally was brilliant fun.
